Return Policy

Curated Closet wants you to appreciate our products, however, if you are not 100% satisfied, we will accept items returned to us within a period of 10 business days from when the order was received. Your returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns conditions:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and original labels attached.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will need the invoice we send you with your package to be able to identify the product.
  • The client is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable.

If you have received an incorrect item in which you did not purchase, received a visibly damaged/faulty piece, please directly contact us at concierge@curated-closet.com immediately after unpackaging the item and provide images for our reference. Be sure to include thorough details about the problem, and images are a must. All incorrect/damaged/faulty items received MUST be reported to us no later than 2 days after package delivery.

For orders that qualified for a free gift promotion: if the returned merchandise total value equals or is greater than the value required for the promotion, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is kept, its retail value will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Curated Closet reserves the rights to deny returns/exchanges if:
1. Items have clearly been used
2. Tags and packaging have been removed
3. Defects not included on original customer inquiry unpackaging photos
4. Product arrives our warehouse after the 10 business day timeline
